Brew & Beans started when husband-and-wife team Carlo and Mae visited Sagada in 2023 and fell in love with the coffee there. They started roasting at home, sharing with friends, and before they knew it — they had a business. Today, they source beans directly from farmers in Benguet, Sagada, and Mt. Kitanglad, roasting small batches every week to keep things fresh.
